Applying candidates must hold a full time PhD and have a tenured position as a young professor from an academic institution in Africa, Asia, or Latin America,applicants must be able to demonstrate how their research stay will contribute to their academic career and their home institution,The selection will be based on the quality of research that is no gender bias or regional diversity are shown while considering the research projects.
