The summer Freeman ASIA Scholarships 2024 are offered to citizens of the United States who are interested to pursue undergraduate courses and the foundation aims to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the united states and countries of East Asia, freeman-ASIA foundation’s goal is to increase the number of U.S citizens and to understand the Asian people methodology, infrastructure, and their cultures, the winner of the award should share experiences about their university campus or communities to fulfill the understanding of Asia in the united states, the candidates who are already undertaking the freeman scholarship are not applicable.

Through the Freeman -ASIA scholarship the candidates can undertake the undergraduate program is offered by the Freeman-ASIA foundation, applicant must have been accepted to study abroad based programs in the Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam that awards the academic credits through the home university.

Eligibility Criteria for The summer Freeman ASIA Scholarships 2024
The candidates should be US citizens or permanent residents at the time of the application and must demonstrate the need-based financial aid to get participated in the related study field program, the candidates should also submit a statement of support financial through the application.
The candidate should be certified for the two-year or four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university of higher education in the United State with a minimum GPA of 2.8, the applicant’s application must be certified by the study abroad advisor and financial aid advisor at the candidates home university or college, the should at least had their study program minimum of 8 weeks for a summer term, 10 weeks for a quarter term and 12 weeks for a semester term the candidates shouldn’t have any experience in the country where they want to pursue the study course.
