The Fulbright Austrian Student Program offers courses to Austrian citizens who want to pursue a master’s degree in the United States. Masters degree is offered in all related subjects that are offered by the university.
Value of award
The selected candidates for the scholarship will receive a scholarship of Tuition and maintenance grant of up to USD 25.000 for one-year programs, or up to USD 12.500 for two-year programs along with lump-sum travel grant of 800 Euros, coaching and administrative support, vouchers for GRE and TOEFL examinations and other related expenses.
Eligibility criteria for Fulbright Austrian Student Program 2024
Applying candidates need to have already earned a degree from an accredited university or university of applied sciences or be close to the completion of their degree,and should be the citizen of Austria where the dual citizenship is not accepted,stipends cannot be awarded for study programs that candidates have already been admitted to or have applied for outside of the Fulbright program,candidates who meet the qualifications to apply for a Fulbright Scholar Program (Postdocs and professionals) cannot apply for a Fulbright Student Grant.
Selection criteria
Applicant should have Excellent study record, qualifications relevant for the study program the applicant would like to apply for, and the applicant should demonstrate scholarly, artistic, social, and political commitment and work , should possess clear cut Career objectives, Study proposal, along with good English skills and communication skills, where as Test results of the mandatory standardized tests are also considered for for the admission to a U.S. institution.
