The Fulbright scholarships are fully funded scholarships which are funded by US government under the world wide exchange of education initiative, the Fulbright Masters Scholarship 2021 for Afghanistan Students is offered to a citizen of Afghanistan who is interested in pursuing Masters degree in United states, the main motto of the program is to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two nations by making the students filled with complete academic merit and leadership abilities, the applicants are to be undergone through six stages of selection which includes interview and other tests, it is a completely merit-based competition.

Eligibility criteria for Fulbright Masters Scholarship 2021 for Afghanistan Students

Applying candidate should be a permanent citizen of Afghanistan and residing in the country to apply for the scholarship. Applicant must have completed four years bachelors degree course in related fields from an accredited university, if the candidate have a three-year bachelor’s degree from any country, they are required to have at least a one-year Master’s or post-baccalaureate diploma in order to qualify for scholarship, Applicants must score a minimum of 75 on the Internet-based TOEFL exam and submit their score with their Fulbright application, applicants having dual citizenship and not residing in Afghanistan during application procedure are not eligible to apply, and Employees of the U.S. government agencies such as the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Agency for International Development,Persons who have a pending application for immigration to any country are also not eligible to apply
Selection criteria
the applicants are to to be undergone through six stages of selection, includes Technical Eligibility Review, Application Review and Interview Selection ,Interview and Essay,Finalist Fulbright Candidate Selection,Graduate Record Exam (GRE) and TOEFL Testing,University Placement and Visa Interview, finally the selected candidates will be invited to the university
