Tara and Jasubhai Mehta Fellowships Program offer fellowships in the field of mathematics provided for a period of six weeks under the PROMYS program in the USA, the candidates should demonstrate their financial need that is the candidate should be financially unable to attend PROMYS without a scholarship and travel assistance, the fellowships are fully funded where complete fees are bared by the Boston University.
Value of award
Each selected candidate will receive fellowships that cover costs for tuition, housing, and meals for the six weeks of PROMYS at Boston University, in the U.S, the Fellowships also cover roundtrip travel from India, and visa application fees, and the cost of any required books.

To be eligible to apply for the scholarship the applicant should be from secondary school, high school, 6th from college, homeschooled in India, and financially unable to take advantage of the scholarship and they cannot even fund their travel expenses.
The candidates should be exceptionally talented in mathematics and interested in working hard to solve challenging mathematical problems, they should have full proficiency in English where they have to participate in discussions entirely in English, and the candidates should be accepted by PROMYS for the fellowship program.
