Annually Palmer Scholarship Program 2024 for Ohio Residents, USA offers scholarships to the students of Ohio who are interested to commence a course of study in the field of art, the main motto of the Toledo Museum of Art is to provide financial assistance to the students who are gifted with great talent by god in art and music and are not affordable to attend any museum class due to economic problems.

The applicants should meet some necessary criteria to be eligible to apply for a scholarship where the Toledo Museum of Art (PMA) – Palmer Scholarship is exclusively available for the applicants who are Northwest Ohio residents, with a minimum age of 18 years, to be eligible to apply for the scholarship the applicant must not be enrolled in any university to pursue a degree, the university does not take awards or previous achievements into consideration to offer the scholarships.
Target group
The students who are permanent residents of Ohio with all necessary requirements are eligible to apply for the Palmer scholarship.

1. completed Palmer Scholarship application form
2. project plan description of a maximum of 150 words
3. essay and project proposal of a maximum of 600 words
4. two letters of recommendation
