ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (AUS) 2023 is a freshman scholarship given to the students of ASEAN countries except for Singapore who are interested to pursue undergraduate courses in all eligible fields except Dentistry, Law, Medicine, and Music.
Under the ministry of health, the applicant should demonstrate their financial need where there is no separate application form is available for scholarship as the candidates eligible for the stipend will be based on the applications made for the course offered to NUS, the scholarship will equip with soft skills, knowledge skills, ethics and social responsibility to the selected candidates.

Value of award
The candidates selected for the ASEAN scholarship will receive an award that includes tuition fees after MOE Tuition Grant Subsidy along with S$5,800 annual living allowance.
Eligibility Criteria for ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (AUS) 2023
The criteria to be possessed by the applicant to be eligible to apply for the scholarship is, the applicant should be a citizen of an ASEAN member country, excluding Singapore and be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential, and present good co-curricular activities records in the academics along with them the applicant should possess outstanding high school results and be applying for admission to a full-time undergraduate degree program at NUS.
The scholarship will be monitored and renewed every semester provided the scholar maintains a Cumulative Average Point (CAP) of at least 3.5 or its equivalent and good conduct with morals in the due course of study.
Target group
Applicants who are the permanent residents of ASEAN countries that are Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam except Singapore are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

The candidates interested to apply for the ASEAN scholarship should fill out the application form and submit it within due time, where the applicants are called for an interview and are shortlisted based on strength of their applications and their performance in the scholarship selection interview.
The selected candidates will receive an email and they will be required to provide a submission furnishing their co-curricular activity and other achievements, the applicants without academic merit are not considered, incomplete and late applications are not valid.
