Applications are inviting for NEST Junior/Senior Scholarship Scheme 2024 bonafide students currently pursuing education in different category from 9th class to Degree course, Under NEST Scholarship scheme there will be 2 types of categories available in the scholarship Junior and Senior category. NEST Junior scholarships are available for 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 1styear and 2ndyear of Diploma students. NEST Senior Scholarships are available for Degree students of Science, Engineering and Medical courses. Eligible applicants can participate in NEST Scholarship test conducted across all major cities in India.
Scholarship Details
Every year 20 scholarships each worth of Rs 25000 to Rs 50000 will be awarded to Junior students and for senior students 20 scholarships will be available worth of Rs 35000 to Rs 1 Lakh.
Eligibility Criteria for NEST Junior/Senior Scholarship Scheme 2024
Indian Citizens are eligible to the scholarship award. Applicants who are currently pursuing education in any of the field from 9th class to Degree courses are eligible. Only Merit students whose academic performance is good are eligible to the scholarship. Applicants should need to meet all the eligibility conditions.
Guidelines for Application Process
- You must upload your latest and clear photograph as proof of your identity in the application form. The photo must either be in (JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIF) format & it should be of a passport-size and its memory size should not be more than 100 KB
- Keep all the details with you before going to proceed registration process
Application fee Details
Junior-I should need to pay Rs 500 rupees application fee and Junior-II should need to pay Rs 600 application fee, NEST Senior-I & II should need to pay Rs 300 application fee. If you are paying your registration fee through Demand Draft, then it must be in favour of SEMCI INDIA payable at MUMBAI. Before filling up the application form, you must have your Demand Draft ready as you need to enter your Demand Draft details at the time of registration. But, if you are making payment online, i.e. through Internet Banking, then you should keep your Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking Account details ready for online payment at the time of registration.
