Darmasiswa Scholarships a non-degree scholarship program are offered to the foreign students by the Government of republic of Indonesia annually, interested candidates can register before deadline
Indonesian government sponsoring under graduate scholarships every year to the students belonging to 80 countries which are in diplomatic relation with the country, Darmasiswa Scholarships are offered since 2002, where he main purpose of the Darmasiswa program is to promote the interest in the language and culture of Indonesia among the youth of other countries in turn to provide stronger cultural links and understanding among participating countries, scholarship includes three stages which include Indonesian Language Program, Preparatory Program, Master Programs, scholarships are received from listed Universities of Indonesia.
Course offered:
Government offers scholarship in the course of masters degree for interested students, number of scholarships are several.
Fields of study
Scholarships are offered in fields of Agricultural Sciences, Education, Engineering, Humanities, Multidisciplinary Studies, Social Sciences and Sciences.
Stipend and duration
Selected candidates will be offered masters course that includes 8 months of Indonesian Language Program,4 months of Preparatory Program and 24 months of Master Programs, along with scholarship that includes Living Allowance, Research and book allowances, Health insurance, Round trip international tickets.
Eligibility criteria for Indonesian Government Scholarships 2024-25
Candidates are offered to study Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian Language), art and culture, applicant must have completed secondary education or its equivalent with good academic score, along with that must possess good health as proven by Medical Certificate, and have basic knowledge of the field of study they are applying for, good writing and speaking skills in English.
Age limit
Applicant should be aged with a minimum age 17 years and maximum of 35 years of age to apply for scholarship.
Target group
Candidates belonging to 80 developing countries that have diplomatic relationship with Indonesia are eligible to apply.
