The funds of theDavid and Elaine Potter scholarship will support one PhD student whose research is focused on governance and human rights, and two students taking the MPhil in International Relations and Politics, and the Cambridge Scholarship Award includes University Tuition fee, Annual Stipend and Contribution towards Travel expenses.

Applicant should be citizen of Zimbabwe. Candidate should be significant academic achievement and potential and need financial (although some scholarship programmes are based on academic merit alone).
