Every year, the Foundation selects grade 12 and first year students from the university, applying students from South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Swaziland to join its influencing community of Allan Gray Candidate Fellowships, The Fellowship programme includes secondary higher education financial support alongside exposure to thought leaders, mentorship and entrepreneurial mindset development, foundation provides access to postgraduate funding is available to those who have excelled in their tertiary studies and the Fellowship Programme.
Number of scholarships:
The Allan Gray Orbis Foundation provides fellowships program up to one hundred (100) Fellowships every year to the candidates who are interested in pursuing knowledge to develop future high impact responsible entrepreneurs.
Value of scholarship:
Selected candidates will receive a financial assistance in terms of academic studies at a Southern African University, full cost of residence and so on
Eligibility Criteria for Allan Gray Entrepreneurship 2024-25
Applying candidates should be studying towards a degree in Commerce, Science excluding Medicine, Humanities majoring in Politics, Philosophy or Economics, Engineering or Law for candidates belonging to first year and second year,applicant should be in Level 5 in Pure Mathematics for Grade 11 final results,Level 6 average for candidates final Grade 11 results excluding Life Orientation.
Age limit:
applying candidate should be under the age of 21 years for 12th graders, under 22 years for first year and 23 years for second year.
Target group:
candidates belonging to South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Swaziland Only South African citizens are eligible to apply.

Candidates who are interested to receive fellowship can apply for the Fellowship opportunity during their Grade 12 school year or during their first year of university where the panel will scrutinise all the applications based on achievement excellence, Intellectual Imagination Courageous Commitment ,Spirit of Significance, Personal Initiative by an interview, so candidates of interest can join our Fellowship programme and become part of the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation growing community of current and future entrepreneurs through online application process.
