AFRINIC Fully- Funded fellowships 2024, Nairobi is open for individuals from small organizations, universities, and media who are actively involved in Internet operations and development or ICT policies who represent their own African nations who are interested to pursue fellowship programs in Kenya.
The fellowship program is designed to promote management awareness and contribute to IP address positively and actively in the AFRINIC service region, a scholarship funded by African Network Information Centre (AFRINIC).

AFRINIC Fully-Funded 2024 fellowships details
The fellowship is reserved for individuals representing small organizations, universities, and media who are actively involved in Internet operations and development or ICT policies in their countries, The selected candidates will receive an award from the AFRINIC that covers full assistance with round-trip airfare to the meeting venue along with hotel accommodation for the AFRINIC event from the day before the beginning to the last day of the event and other related expenses.
The fellowship provides an opportunity for fellows to network with experts from around the world on Internet-related issues and equip attendees with the skills and knowledge to participate in the AFRINIC community in the policy development process.
Eligibility Criteria for AFRINIC Fully- Funded Fellowships 2024, Nairobi
To be eligible to apply for the AFRINIC Fully-Funded 2024 fellowships program the applying candidate must be a resident of an African nation and priorly they should not need to be an AFRINIC council member, and the applying candidate should be involved in the Internet community, and are willing to report on how this fellowship has benefited their Organisation or a country within an agreed time frame.
The applicant upon selection for the AFRINIC will notify the selected fellows directly and allow them seven (7) days to accept or reject the offer, a public announcement of the fellowship awardees will be made after the acceptance by the selected candidates of the fellowship.
Target group: The candidates who are permanent citizens of African countries are eligible to apply for AFRINIC Fully-Funded 2024 fellowships.

Applicants are ranked in order of preference by region from which they have applied for the fellowship, the number of fellowships available will vary dependent on the location of the meeting, and budgetary constraints.
The Fellowship Team carefully scrutinizes all the applications and then selects the applicants that are best suited for the fellowship, by providing opportunities to individuals from a wide range of organizations and geographical locations within the AFRINIC service region, the decisions made by the team are final and selected candidates are informed by email, the applicants who are not selected can apply for AFRINIC Meeting fellowship.
