University of Cambridge Research Scholarships 2024 is offered to the students of Poland who are interested to commence their research studies in the field of international law.
The scholarships are funded by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London and the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law which holds lectures, releases publications, conducts research projects and maintains an international law library which includes sources and other archival materials.
The research program is offered for a duration of 8 – 12 weeks, annually two scholarships are awarded to the candidates who are selected based on merit.

Lauterpacht Centre for International Law is offering scholarships to pursue a research degree in the field of international law to the students of Poland for a period of 8-12 weeks, a number of scholarships offered by the university are two in total.
Value of award
The University of Cambridge offers scholarships amounting to £3000 (GBP) which covers the cost of the Centre fee, accommodation, maintenance and travel incurred during an 8-12 week research visit at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law.
Eligibility Criteria for University of Cambridge Research Scholarships 2024
Candidates applying for the Bohdan Winiarski Scholarship must be Polish citizens and be a graduate of a Polish university, where candidates should already hold at least a master’s level degree at the time of the application, and be associated with a Polish university or another institution in Poland dealing with international law.
The applicant should specify a project on some aspect of the international law which does not include European law, the project should be published as a result of their visit to the university, and the applicant should have the language proficiency in English as well as Polish.

Application Procedure to Apply for University of Cambridge Research Scholarships 2024
All the documents mentioned above except letters of reference are to be sent in English whereas the letters of reference should be either in English or Poland languages, completely filled application form along with necessary documents are to be sent either by email through jg218@cam.ac.uk, or by post to Dr Joanna Gomula, Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, 5 Cranmer Road, Cambridge, CB3 9BL, UK, incomplete applications and applications submitted after the deadline are not considered.
