The Strathclyde University, Scotland, UK provides Engineering scholarship to the undergraduate and post graduate students in the field of engineering for all the international students exception is that the students from non EU region only can apply for the scholarship, the scholarship is applicable to students who are newly self-funded, international fee paying students with good academic qualifications who have applied for a relevant programme of study and commencing their education in following academic year.
Award
The award is given to the students who are eligible for a Faculty of Engineering Excellence Scholarship (FEES) towards their tuition fees for the first year of their course of study for the undergraduate and post graduate students in the field of engineering.
Value of the award
The value of award differs with course of study the candidate is applying for:
- Undergraduate: A scholarship of £3,600 is allotted for the candidate tuition fees for his first year of undergraduate course
- Postgraduate Taught: A £2,700 scholarship is allotted for the candidate tuition fees for his MSc courses
- Postgraduate Research: £3,600 is allotted for the candidate tuition fees in his first year full-time PhD courses.
Strathclyde University Engineering Scholarship 2024 Eligibility criteria
The following are the eligibility criteria that a candidate must posses to apply for the engineering scholarship:
- The scholarship is applicable to students who are newly self-funded, international fee paying students with good academic qualifications who applied for full- time course in the relevant programmes like undergraduate, post graduate taught, postgraduate research.
Educational qualification
- For undergraduate program, students should posses 75% of total score in their high school grades.
- For Postgraduate Taught Program, students must hold a minimum of a 2:1 or its equivalent which ever is considered in their undergraduate degree by the accredited university.
Nationality
It is an international scholarship provided only for non-EU students that is the students from EU region are not eligible to apply.

The candidate should apply through Faculty of Engineering Excellence Scholarship online application form and fill all the necessary details with relevant genuine information. After filling the form candidate must sent application form along with specified documents through e-mail or through the post.
