Spring / Summer German Study Abroad Scholarship 2020 are developed with an intention to provide financial aid to the students belonging to the members of Sophomore & Junior Delta Phi Alpha who are interested to pursue higher studies from foreign countries in all related fields, priority is given to the students who are receiving the course that advances and promote German language, prior to apply for th scholarship the applicant must have received an offer of admission or enrolled in summer semester or spring semester in any of the universities of abroad

The candidates who are selected for the scholarship will receive an amount of $1,250 to commence their studies in abroad.
Eligibility criteria for Spring / Summer German Study Abroad Scholarship 2020
The candidates who are applying for must be th citizens of Germany and belongs to the members of organisation, preference is given to the students who are interested and intended to promote German language at other countries, you should explain how this study abroad scholarship will help you integrate German studies into your current and future plans, candidates should provide a letter of acceptance that was directly offered by the home institution study abroad office or directly by the program in a German speaking country and must possess all the academic requirements.
Target group
Applying candidates are to be the citizens of Germany and belonging to the members of Sophomore & Junior Delta Phi Alpha to be eligible to apply for Spring/ Summer German Study Abroad Scholarships.
Documents to be submitted
- Full contact information, including name, mailing address, email address, name of university and Delta Phi Alpha chapter.
- A personal statement no more than two pages in length written in English
- A letter of acceptance to an accredited program in a German speaking country.
- A scanned or electronic copy of your university level transcript. It does not need to be official.
Application procedure to apply for Spring / Summer German Study Abroad Scholarship 2020
Applying candidates should have an offer of admission to apply for scholarship, thee applicants along with above mentioned documents they should also submit under Separate Cover two letters of recommendation, one of which should be from a German professor from your institution along with completely filled application form where the items should be sent to the National Secretary-Treasurer at mshaughnessy@washjeff.edu within the due time, late and incomplete applications are not considered.
