Korea New Zealand Agricultural Cooperation provides scholarship to the students who are interested in pursuing PhD in either veterinary or animal science or forestry from a New Zealand university, the candidates who are possessing citizenship from Korea are only applicable to apply for the scholarship, the scholarship is provided to strengthen the bilateral ties between the two nations in the field of animal husbandry and forestry, the scholarship provides a study of 3 years for PhD and 2 years for Masters, the scholarship includes value of amount along with flights, medical and travel insurance (mandatory), and accommodation.
Award:
The award is given to the selected students who are interested in pursuing PhD in either veterinary or animal science or forestry from a New Zealand university.Number of scholarships are six.
Value of award:
The value of the scholarship includes NZ$30,000 per year and this includes flights, medical and travel insurance, and accommodation
Eligibility Criteria of Korea-New Zealand Agricultural Cooperation Scholarships 2019-2020
The following are the criteria that the contesting candidate should posses to apply for Korea New Zealand agricultural CooperationScholarships, New Zealand 2019-2020, the candidate should possess minimum selection criteria for the relevant category in order for candidate’s application to be considered.
Educational qualification:
- Candidate must have completed the required academic qualifications for direct entry and meeting the requirements for English language proficiency
- If students have already got admission into PhD studies at a New Zealand university ,are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
Age limit:
No age limit is prescribed in the application form candidates should go through the notification before applying.
Nationality
The students from Republic of Korea with all eligible criteria are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
