Courses offered
Scholarships are offered in the fields of undergraduate, masters and PhD degree courses to the students who are interested to pursue their studies in Taiwan. The scholarship offers NT$12,000 per month (NT$144,000 per year) for undergraduate studies, NT$15,000 per month (NT$180,000 per year) for masters degree, NT$17,000 per month (NT$204,000 per year) for PhD degree which also includes food and other miscellaneous expenses.

Eligibility criteria for Higher Education Scholarships 2024, Taiwan
The applying candidate upon accepting a TaiwanICDF scholarship,the applicant should not hold any other Taiwan government-sponsored scholarship in the same academic year, applicants who have already held a TaiwanICDF scholarship must have returned to their home country for more than one year before re-applying, applying candidate must have never had any scholarship revoked by any Taiwan government agency or related institution, nor been expelled from any Taiwanese university, applying candidate must satisfy all necessary requirements.

Applicants from the region of Asia Pacific, West Asia, Africa (Burkina Faso, Republic of Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Sao Tome and Principe, South Africa, Swaziland, Caribbean, Central America, South America, Europe can apply for this scholarship.
