Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium is providing PhD scholarships to the students from the developing nations who want to pursue PhD from one of the renowned French university, teaching is done in three language English, French and Spanish where for most of the courses English is the mode of instruction, and for courses like UCL and UPC the medium of instruction is French and Spanish, the scholarship installments are paid for 36 months.

- Candidate should have the support of at least one member of UCL’s academic staff;
- Applicant should have been accepted to study for a doctorate by the subject-specific doctoral committee (CDD) (for doctorates at UCL) or a research diploma (for doctorates in the applicant’s own institution) in their field of research as prescribed by university
- Candidate will not be required to return their country which provided training course.
- The candidates should not be enrolled in any study scholarship by the UCL or others under the university.
