The following are the criteria an applicant must be possessed in order to be eligible for scholarship.Applying candidate should be studying or have completed the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE), Candidate should initially receive an offer from university of Birmingham before apply for the scholarship, the applicant should be able to demonstrate good writing and speaking skills in English language.
Candidate from Hong Kong and a Hong Kong national or candidate possessing British National Overseas passport and permanent resident of Hong Kong with all necessary requirements are eligible to apply.
