Poland/Japan Exchange Scholarship Program 2024 is designed to offer scholarships for the students of Poland who are interested to pursue postgraduate studies for the duration of 18 or 24 months in the field of humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, medical sciences, and for artists.
The scholarships are given to the students, graduates, doctoral students, research workers in Poland, the awards are offered by the Embassy of Japan in Warszawie, annually eight types of scholarships are offered by the Japanese government where one candidate can apply for one type of application at a time, where final acceptance of the candidate belongs to a foreign partner.

Scholarship Description
Poland/ Japan exchange scholarship program is for students of Poland to pursue postgraduate studies where the amount paid by the foreign partner in some cases by the Polish side will be provided to selected candidates who obtain the final acceptance of the foreign partner in the letter informing about the award of the scholarship.
Whereas the award offered by the Bureau for the Recognition of Education and International Exchange and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education does not cover travel costs to and from the country of internship or to participate in a language course for part-time studies or other forms of education abroad, the amount paid by both will cover only expenses of stay.
Eligibility Criteria for Poland/Japan Exchange Scholarship Program 2024
The applicant should have good academic performance along with that the candidates should meet the abilities of the English language which shows evidence to the college administration panel and the candidates who are not skilled in the Japanese language are not eligible for the scholarship program, the Japanese candidates who hold the certificate from the Embassy of Japan in Warsaw are eligible for the exchange program.

Application Procedure to Apply for Poland/Japan Exchange Scholarship Program 2024
Candidates are hereby invited to apply along with the supporting documents and they are considered by the Team for Recruitment and Education of Polish Citizens Abroad, which is the opinion-giving body of the Minister of Science and Higher Education, priority is given to the students who have not received any scholarship or offer from the University of Warsaw Library before, candidates should demonstrate their admission at one of the home universities of Poland.
