The New Zealand Foreign Affairs & Trade has invited the New Zealand Development Scholarship 2024 application registration from Fiji students to continue their studies in New Zealand and this is a yearly scholarship that is offered to Fiji students by the New Zealand Government. It is provided to those who are financially struggling.

Information about types of scholarships
There are not one but three types of scholarships provided for eligible applicants. Here is a brief detail of the same.

New Zealand Regional Development Scholarships (NZRDS):  This is available for students who are at Pacific-based tertiary institutions. It is for both undergraduate and post-graduate levels.

New Zealand Pacific Scholarships (NZPS):  Both the undergraduate and postgraduate students are allowed and eligible to apply for the scholarship

Short Term Training Awards (STTA): These scholarships are available for those who are pursuing skills-based and vocational training in New Zealand. The course needs to be for a period that is less than one year. The application for these scholarships can be lodged at any time of the year.
