MINDS Pan-African Leadership Development Program Scholarship 2024 is funded by the Mandela Institute for Development Studies to the students of Africa who are interested to pursue postgraduate studies in Africa.
The MINDS Scholarship Program aims to nurture or develop leaders who have a continental development mindset, leaders who will facilitate greater cohesion and cooperation between African countries, the intention of the program is to provide financial aid to the students to get their education away from their home countries.

Eligibility Criteria for MINDS Pan-African Leadership Development Program Scholarship 2024
MINDS scholarships are awarded to students who satisfy the necessary criteria that are the candidate who is applying for the scholarship should be a national of an African country or residing in any African country.
The applicant must have received an offer by one or more MINDS preferred institutions to pursue postgraduate studies, have attained at least 70% in each subject or course in the last two completed years of study, applicants must provide evidence of demonstrated leadership abilities or potential guided through an application form.
Target group
Candidates who are citizens or permanent residents of any of the countries of Africa are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

- A certified academic transcript of the last two years of study
- A copy of the official acceptance letter or offer from the university
- The letter addressed to the applicant stating the degree and the course
- A copy of a valid study permit or visa OR proof of application
- A detailed CV or Resume
- Two reference letters
