The Lutfia Rabbani Foundation has invited applications for Mahmoud S. Rabbani offering MSR scholarships to Arab world citizens to pursue Master’s or Ph.D Programme in Netherlands, the main objective of the scholarship is fostering interaction between Arab and European students, is to provide the means for students seeking to broaden their own horizons, in keeping with the foundation’s mission.
Mahmoud S. Rabbani (MSR) Scholarship Eligible Countries
Algeria, Autonomous Palestinian Territories, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Republic of Sudan, Republic of the Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.
Mahmoud S. Rabbani Scholarship 2024 – Eligibility Criteria
Applicant should be resident to Arab world, Applicants who are pursuing Masters or a Ph.D programme in the Netherlands and Dutch students who have been accepted into a Masters or a Ph.D programme in the Arab World are applicable and the Applicant should be proficient in English Language.
Supporting Documents
Every document should be in English Language
- Motivation and purpose statement
- Curriculum Vitae
- Copy of passport plus an additional current passport photo in colour;
- Copies of degrees or diplomas including the results obtained by the student in each individual examination at their higher education institution;
- Appropriately signed references from two academic referees;
- Letter of invitation from Host Institution
- A detailed program outline which the student intends to pursue clearly indicating his/her choice of institution is required. Please note that the student would need to contact the institution of his/her choice prior to applying for the scholarship to ensure that the course he/she requires is on offer;
- Budget: please be thorough in completing you budget as this information will be given high priority in the selection of scholarship recipient; total income available to the scholar should be carefully estimated.

All the applicants can register for Mahmoud S. Rabbani Scholarship 2024 in online through Lutfia Rabbani Foundation official website https://rabbanifoundation.org/scholarships/msr-scholarships on or before deadline. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and upload all the supporting documents while registering for the scholarship.
