The Victorian Government,Australia offering Hamer Scholarships Program 2024, it is a language and cultural immersion program designed to build the Asia-engagement capabilities of Victorians and to help strengthen cultural awareness and partnerships between Victoria and Asia, Applications are now open for Victorians to undertake intensive language study and cultural immersion courses through the Hamer international Scholarship.
The program provides International scholarships for Victorians to undertake intensive language is a six-month language course study at nominated universities or institutions in China, Indonesia, Japan and Korea. The Hamer International scholarship aims to provide a new generation of Victorians with an intimate understanding of our key trading partners across Asia.
Hamer International Scholarship Value
Successful candidates can get Hamer Scholarships provides $10,000 each for China or Indonesia, or $15,000 each for Japan or Korea.
Hamer Scholarship Programme 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Applicant should be Australian citizens or permanent residents (residents of Victoria only) and willing to study a language at nominated institution, for at least five months, Student should not in receipt of any other language study grant, funding or scholarship and the preference will be given to those already in the workforce.
Age Limit for Hamer Scholarships 2024
Applicants under the age of 21 years or above during a period of submitting the application form are eligible for the Hamer Scholarship 2024.
