King’s College London, UK is pleased to announce Desmond Tutu scholarships for Under Graduate students studying at King’s College. King’s College London is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge, learning, and understanding in the service of society, we look for students who are pursuing higher learning so that they can play a part in making the world a better place, eligible students can get scholarship details and apply on or before the deadline.

Desmond Tutu Scholarship 2024-25 Details
There will be a total of 18 scholarships will be provided to the students, and selected students will receive a scholarship amount of £1,000. The scholarship is payable once a year for only one course of study and will be paid as a single cash bursary, selected will be invited to a number of events throughout the year including a  welcome dinner for all Desmond Tutu scholars hosted by the VP Education.

Eligibility Criteria for Desmond Tutu Scholarships 2024-25

Applicants should be residents of the UK, EU or International students are eligible, Candidates who have got admission at King’s College London to study Undergraduate course are eligible, Students must be undertaking a first degree and should not hold a first degree from a UK, EU or other international institution and not be NHS-funded in their first year of study, applicants will only be considered if you are subsequently confirmed as holding an offer from King’s.

Application Process of Desmond Tutu Scholarships 2024-25

All eligible applicants should download the application form through the official website https://www.kcl.ac.uk/study/undergraduate. Prepare an essay about “How do you think an education at King’s College London would help you to serve society once you graduate?”. The essay should not exceed 1000 words. Along with that submit curriculum vitae (CV) which demonstrates existing work in service to society.
