The Cargill Global Scholars Program is a distinctive, two-year scholarship program that provides financial support to undergraduate students in Brazil, China, India, Russia, Indonesia and the United States. CGSP offers leadership development opportunities to undergraduate students from around the world. Scholarships will be awarded to talented, high performing students pursuing science, technology, engineering, math, international relations and business related studies. The purpose of the Cargill Global Scholars Program is to build a global network of future leaders who will one make important contributions to advance business, agriculture and food security.
Cargill Global Scholars Program CGSP 2024 Benefits
Selected students will receive scholarship upto 2 years, to help off-set any academic related expenses. Applicants have an opportunity to Participate in a fully-funded In-Country Seminar (Year 1) and Global Seminar (Year 2). Scholars who are benefited from the scholarship award will become a member of the Cargill Global Scholars Alumni community. Applicants have a chance to participate in a series of experiential learning modules, leadership development training, coupled with network opportunities with Cargill executives. Applicants will receive mentorship by Cargill employees to help the scholars identify short and long term academic and goals and will assist in reaching these goals through networking, face-to-face meetings and communication by email and phone.
Eligibility Criteria for Cargill Global Scholars Program CGSP 2024
Applicant should be citizen or Legal and Permanent resident to Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Russia or United States. Applicant should attend a partner university in the country of citizenship or permanent legal residency. Candidate should be a first or second year university student. Applicant should be able to demonstrate high academic performance, leadership potential and financial need. Most Priority will be given to Specialize in fields of study that are identified as preferred fields.
