Bihar Samaj Vibhag Kalyan has invited fresh and renewal application of Bihar Kalyan Scholarship 2024 for OBC, SC, ST category Pre-matric and Post-matric students, Bihar State government, Welfare department is providing Bihar Kalyan Scholarships and the scheme is applicable to minority category and OBC students whose annual income is less.

- Open the official website of Bihar SC/ST Welfare Kalyan Scholarship at http://bcebcwelfare.bih.nic.in/
- Go through the scholarship online apply link
- Select the option Post Matric or Pre-Matric
- Register all the details in the Kalyan application form
- Click on Create an account link
After Successful registration of application form, Candidate receives login details through SMS/e-mail to the registered mobile number and e-mail id. by using login credentials login to the application form and attach all the required scanned documents to the application form and then submit the form.
